Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear rules for cancelling, rescheduling and getting your money back.

Free cancellation

Cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your slot for a full refund.

Bookings can no longer be cancelled or rescheduled online. Call support and we'll help where we can.

Refunds go to the original payment method in 5 to 7 working days. Pay-on-collection bookings have nothing to refund.

If a lab rejects your sample, we recollect free of charge or refund in full, your choice.
